  2. Are superimposable – they are mirror images of eachother
  3. Exhibit tautomerism – structural isomerism – midazolam wh ionized at pH4 but at pH 7.4 changes into an unionized ring, lipid solb to cross BBB
  4. Have a centre of chirality
