Course
- Begins at angle of mandible, inf. to auricle lobule
- Crosses SCM obliquely, deep to platysmus
- Enters posterior triangle
- Pierces deep cervical fascia at roof of ∆
- Descends to terminate in subclavian v. (just superior to clavicle)
